In 2009, JSTU (Jessore Science & Technology University) added NFT (Nutrition & Food Technology) department as one of the most important department in global science. The department started with 30 students and now second batch is running and recently another batch is admitted as the third batch. There are 5 well-recognized teachers in this department. Dr. Md. Ziaul Amin is the current chairman of the department. It offers under-graduate, post-graduate & research programs & functions under faculty of Applied Science & Technology.
